No Bake Peanut Butter Goodness

If you know me, you know that I LOVE peanut butter (not jelly, just peanut butter). Joe's co-worker gave him this amazing peanut butter protein ball recipe that requires absolutely no baking and it's only 5 ingredients! She mentioned that she found it online, but I don't know who the original creator is. Joe and I now keep a stash of these in the fridge 24/7. I hope you enjoy the recipe as much as we do!
You will need the following ingredients:
2 c. Oats
1 & 1/3 c. Creamy Peanut Butter (Natural Skippy is the best)
1 c. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 c. Flaxseed
4 Tbsp. Honey
Here are my favorite ingredients to use:
Directions:
Using a spoon, mix up all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Then, place the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes. Form into 1-inch balls by cupping (don't roll). Store in the fridge or freezer.
This makes about 25 balls and has approximately 150 calories, 13.6 grams of carbs, and 5 grams of protein per ball.
